Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and filing Annual Returns and ensuring clients meet their statutory obligations.
- Filing ad hoc statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office (e.g., changes to officers, addresses, etc.).
- Incorporating companies and preparing de-shelving documents, including updates on officer details and share capital changes.
- Updating and maintaining the company secretarial database.
- Maintaining Minute Books and Statutory Registers.
- Managing day-to-day queries and requests from clients and internal staff.
- Performing filing, archiving, and general administrative duties.
- Liaising with the Companies Registration Office.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have completed or express a desire to complete the post-graduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance to obtain the Chartered Governance Institute Qualification.
- Ideally have experience with Relate Company Secretary software (desirable but not essential).
- Have experience in a professional services environment (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrate excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Show the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
