Fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a leading, Top 10 Accountancy practice in Dublin. This position is within the Audit & Assurance department and progression to Partner is possible for the right candidate.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
- Overseeing the delivery of audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communication.
- Planning the execution and completion of audit assignments.
- Leading, motivating, and coaching team members.
- Building and maintaining proactive relationships with audit clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the year, not just during audits.
- Researching and resolving technical queries from clients.
- Providing high-quality auditing services to clients.
- Ensuring the successful completion of audit engagements.
Key Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualifications.
- 2–3 years of relevant PQE in practice
- Previous experience in supervisory, team lead, or managerial roles.
- Awareness of business trends and emerging technical and industry developments.
Salary & Benefits:
