GPC Finance are delighted to partner with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Dublin. Our client is looking to hire an Audit Manager to join their team, due to continuous expansion. Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions with clients where we are appointed as Lead Advisor.
- Manage a Portfolio of Audit Clients.
- Assist Partners on special projects such as Practice Mergers and Acquisition Reviews, business development projects and integration of teams across different offices.
- Manage staff reviews, appraisals, and development processes.
- Assist and mentor junior staff members.
- Developing the monthly fee budgets with Partners.
- Assistance with Audit and Business Advisory Proposals
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
- Min 5 years PQE in an Irish practice firm.
- Proficiency as an accountant, with a strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory requirements specific to the funds industry.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to address issues as they arise.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with good report writing and Excel skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date with developments, particularly in IFRS and US GAAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
