GPC Finance is excited to collaborate with a forward-thinking firm based in Dublin. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Part-Qualified Accountant to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant looking to gain exposure across various sectors while working in a friendly and dynamic environment.
Role:
- Collaborate with Seniors, Managers, and Partners in planning and executing both audit and non-audit engagements.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients spanning across different industries.
- Prepare annual accounts.
- Complete audit and non-audit files for small, micro, and dormant companies.
- Create personal and corporate tax computations and file returns.
- Delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
- Conduct research and resolve technical queries raised by clients.
- Undertake ad hoc projects based on client requirements in coordination with managers and partners.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a small to medium-sized practice, managing a portfolio of clients and possessing the ability to bring accounts to the trial balance stage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Solid understanding of core accounting and tax principles.
- Familiarity with software such as Sage Accounts Production, Relate Accounts Production, Surf Accounts Production, and ROS would be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: €30,000 – €40,000.
